Forehead & Frown Lines

The effects of forehead or frown line removal treatment can last anywhere from 3 to 6 months. It isn’t a permanent solution for wrinkles, and regular treatments are necessary to maintain the desired results.

Forehead and frown line treatment primarily involves the use of Botox, a popular non-surgical cosmetic procedure. Botox works by blocking the nerve signals that cause muscles to contract, resulting in a smoother appearance of the skin. When injected into specific muscles of the forehead and between the eyebrows, it helps to soften the lines and wrinkles that come with age.

Forehead and frown line treatments, such as Botox are suitable for most people looking to remove lines on the upper face, but there are a few exceptions. Pregnant or breastfeeding women should avoid these treatments, along with those suffering from certain skin conditions or infections at the proposed injection site. Forehead lines run horizontally across the forehead and are often more noticeable when you raise your eyebrows. Frown lines, on the other hand, are vertical lines that appear between your eyebrows when you frown or concentrate. These are also known as ’11 lines’ due to their parallel nature.
